I've used several grinders over the years and see that it makes a big difference in actual taste of coffee. As another reviewer mentioned, the taste of coffee coming from this grinder is very good, it is not effected by burning and grinding that results in cheap grinders. The operation is quiet and the results are always consistent with the setting. Cleaning is easy because the top part and the inner grinder actually come off, the only thing is the actual lock/unlock symbols on the clear container are hard to see some may miss it, but when you align it properly it comes right off. Anyways, I love this grinder - it handles large quantities of beans well, works quietly and easy to clean... The only complaint I have is it would be nice to have a bigger holding container for the powder. Overall it's great and I'm happy with it in our office.
